Shipping Times: We aim to send orders out on a 3-5 day basis, but please allow for delays. You can always communicate with us to locate your shipping, or use the tracking code provided to track for your self.

What is the shipping costs?: Our shipping costs vary from standard 2nd class tracked, to first class tracked. We like to have our orders tracked for your peace of mind. You can find the shipping costs after you enter your details on checkout.

My Sunglasses didn't arrive: Please contact us via our customer support form, so we can investigate the matter and replace/refund where appropriate.

Where are my sunglasses coming from?:We are based in Bournemouth UK, but we deliver all over the globe.

Can I get FREE shipping?: Yes, if you spend over £35 on checkout, free shipping is automatically applied.

I cant login to my account: Please contact our customer service team, they will be able to assist you and get you logged in within the hour.

Do I get anything from Registering an account?: Currently there is no rewards for having an account, other than ease of access and order history. We are looking to implement a reward scheme for customers, but this is still in production stages. Sign up to our Newsletter to know when this goes live.

My Sunglasses are damaged: If your sunglasses arrive broken or have broken within 14 days or purchase, please Email us here along with a picture of the damage and order number, and we will process the request and contact you with our decision. 

I changed my mind: If the sunglasses have already been dispatched we cannot provide a refund. If the sunglasses are returned in the same packaging within the 14 days from purchase, we will issue a refund. We do not cover return shipping, this must be covered by you. (If all items are returned and in good order, we will refund the sale price plus shipping costs)

I received an incorrect order: Please take a picture what you have received and send to us. Once we verifiy the mistake we will resolve the issue accordingly

How can I resell your sunglasses?: If you would like to resell our products, please contact us here and we will review your request.

Our sunglasses will last a long time with the right care. Do not place lense on hard surfaces to avoid scratching. You can use the pouch supplied to clean the lenses, or any micro fibre cloth will suffice. Regularly check hinge screws with the keyring screw driver supplied. Water can be used to clean the lenses, this will not affect the laser branding. General good care will make the sunglasses last a long time.

Will you sponsor me?: Currently we are not looking to sponsor anyone, however this may change in time as we grow. If you are interested in having Havaners sponsor you, please contact us here and we will review your request.
