Shipping Policy

Delivery is free on every order. Every Havaners® order ships from our UK warehouse using trusted couriers.

UK delivery

• Free Express delivery on all UK orders
• Orders placed before 3pm (UK time), Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day
• Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day

International delivery

Free standard international delivery to:

• Europe: all 27 EU countries, plus Norway and Switzerland
• North America: United States and Canada
• Asia Pacific: Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia
• Middle East: United Arab Emirates and Israel

Delivery times vary by destination and courier. If your country is not listed, it will not appear at checkout yet. Email us and we will see what we can do.

Duties and taxes

UK orders never have import charges. Orders delivered outside the UK may be charged import duties, VAT or customs fees by your country. These are set by your local customs office, are not included in our prices, and are paid by the recipient.

Changing or cancelling an order

We pack orders quickly, so if you need to change or cancel yours, email sales@havaners.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot guarantee changes, but you can still return it under our Refund Policy.

Lost or delayed parcels

Delivery times are estimates. If your order has not arrived when expected, email us with your order number and we will chase it with the courier.
