Lifetime Warranty Terms and Conditions for Sunglasses Repair or Replacement
1. Coverage: This lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues that occur with the sunglasses under normal and intended use. It encompasses defects in materials and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the product.
2. Registration: By purchasing a pair of Havaners sunglasses you immediately register your sunglasses with our lifetime warranty at no extra cost.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is mandatory for all warranty claims. Failure to provide proof of purchase may result in the warranty claim being denied.
4. Exclusions: The lifetime warranty does not extend to damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper care, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations. It also excludes normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, loss, theft, or any damage resulting from the use of accessories not sold or approved by the manufacturer.
5. Claim Process: In the event of a warranty claim, customers must contact our customer service department and provide details of the issue along with proof of purchase. Upon review and approval of the claim, we will either repair or replace the defective sunglasses at our discretion.
6. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the sunglasses to our designated repair center for evaluation. Return shipping costs for approved warranty claims will be covered by us.
7. Repair or Replacement: If the sunglasses can be repaired, we will undertake necessary repairs using genuine parts or materials. If the sunglasses cannot be repaired, we reserve the right to replace them with a new or refurbished pair of sunglasses of equal or similar value and style.
8. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the sunglasses. It cannot be transferred to subsequent owners.
9. Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective sunglasses. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the sunglasses or any breach of warranty.
10. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the terms of this warranty at any time without prior notice. However, any such changes will not affect warranty claims submitted prior to the effective date of the modification or termination.
By registering your sunglasses and accepting this warranty, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined herein. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
