At Havaners®, we stand behind the quality and durability of our eyewear. That's why every pair of Havaners® sunglasses comes with our Lifetime Protection. Whether it's a manufacturing defect or an accidental mishap, we've got you covered.

What Does Our Lifetime Protection Cover?

Our Lifetime Protection applies to all standard Havaners® products. If your sunglasses break due to a fault or an accident, we'll repair or replace them at no extra cost.

Why Do We Offer This Protection?

We believe in sustainability and reducing waste. Repairing products is more environmentally friendly and cost-effective than replacing them. Keeping your gear in use is better than discarding it.

What Is Considered Accidental Damage?

Accidental damage includes unforeseen incidents during normal use, such as:

• Dropping your sunglasses during a run or ride

• Sitting on them by mistake

• A fall from your helmet or pocket

We understand that accidents happen, and if damage occurs during everyday use, we'll do our best to assist.

What Is Not Covered?

Our Lifetime Protection does not cover:

• Lens scratches

• General wear and tear from standard use

• Loss or theft

• Intentional misuse or neglect (e.g., purposefully bending frames or storing sunglasses in unsafe conditions)

• Repeated damage in a short time frame suggesting improper use

• Excessive force or modification to parts (e.g., sanding, reshaping, customising)

Claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and where it's reasonable to consider the breakage accidental, we'll honor the protection.

How to Make a Claim

To submit a claim, please contact our customer support team at sales@havaners.com. Provide your order number and photos of the issue so our team can review your case and take the necessary actions to resolve it.
