Free UK delivery, tracked worldwide delivery from £9.99 and 30 days to change your mind. Here is everything you need to know.

Delivery

Every Havaners® order ships from our UK warehouse using trusted couriers.

• UK: free Express delivery on every order
• International: tracked delivery worldwide. £9.99 for 1 pair, £13.99 for 2, £16.99 for 3 and £19.99 for 4 or more

Order before 3pm (UK time), Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same day. Orders after 3pm or at the weekend go out the next working day. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Duties and taxes

UK orders never have import charges. If you are ordering from outside the UK, your country may charge import duties or taxes, which are paid by you on delivery.

Returns

Not quite right? You have 30 days from delivery to return your sunglasses for a refund.

• Condition: unworn and in their original packaging
• How: email sales@havaners.com with your order number and we will send you the next steps
• Refunds: back to your original payment method within 10 working days of approval
• Postage: you cover return postage unless we send you a prepaid label, or the item is faulty
• Not returnable: custom or made-to-order products, sale items and gift cards

We do not offer exchanges or store credit. For a different pair, return your order for a refund and place a new one. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Changing or cancelling an order

We move fast, so email us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once your order has been dispatched we cannot guarantee changes, but you can still return it.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every pair is covered by our Lifetime Guarantee for manufacturing faults and accidental damage during normal use. It does not cover everyday wear and tear, lens scratches, loss, theft or misuse. To make a claim, email sales@havaners.com with your order number and a few photos.
