These terms explain how you can use the Havaners® website and what happens when you buy from us. Please read them before placing an order. By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

This website is run by Havaners® (“we”, “us”, “our”), 54 Maloren Way, BH22 0BQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at sales@havaners.com. Our online store is powered by Shopify.

2. Using our website

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give us accurate and up to date information when you check out, and you are responsible for keeping any account details secure.

3. Our products

We do our best to show our sunglasses accurately, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Product descriptions and availability may change, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there is an error in pricing. If we do, we will let you know and refund any payment in full.

Our products are sold for personal use and not for resale.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless you choose another currency. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Prices and promotions can change, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Each promotion may have its own terms, which apply alongside these.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been delivered.

7. Returns, refunds and your rights

You can return items under our Refund Policy. Breakages may be covered by our Lifetime Warranty. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this website, including the Havaners® name, logos, designs, photos and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use the website for your own personal shopping. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse any of it without our written permission.

9. Third-party tools and links

Our website may include tools or links provided by other companies, such as payment providers, reviews and social media. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content or how they work. Please read their own terms and policies.

10. Reviews and feedback

If you send us feedback or post a review, you allow us to use it to run and promote Havaners. Please keep reviews honest and lawful. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or breaks these terms.

11. Acceptable use

You must not use our website for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, to send spam or malicious code, or to interfere with the website or its security. Automated tools, bots and AI agents must identify themselves and must not get around any measures we use to limit automated access. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.

12. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

13. Our relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, but any sale you make on this website is a contract between you and Havaners®, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any part of your purchase.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you may also be able to rely on the consumer laws of your home country and bring proceedings there.
